How do I purchase Aether?
Open a ticket in our Discord server using the purchase panel. A staff member will assist and confirm your order.
What are the payment options?
We accept PayPal and Credit or Debit Cards. Full details are on the
Payment Methods page.
Do you offer one-time and monthly pricing?
Yes. One-time purchase is 30 USD. Monthly subscription is 10 USD per server.
Can I negotiate pricing or pay with Discord Nitro?
No. Prices are fixed. Nitro or similar items are not accepted.
How long does activation take after payment?
Most orders are activated within a few minutes after payment confirmation. If there is a delay, contact support in your ticket.
Can I receive an invoice or receipt?
Yes. Ask in your ticket and we will provide a digital receipt for your purchase.
Can I transfer my subscription to another server?
Yes. Open a transfer ticket from the purchase panel. We verify ownership and then move the subscription.
Can multiple servers share one subscription?
No. One subscription applies to one server at a time.
How do I cancel a monthly subscription?
Open a billing ticket and request cancellation. Access remains until the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are case by case for technical issues that cannot be resolved. Misuse or policy violations are not eligible.
How do activation codes work?
A server admin runs the activate command with the code. The server is then flagged for premium and premium commands unlock automatically.
Do activation codes expire?
Time-limited codes must be redeemed before the stated date. Lifetime or one-time codes do not expire once redeemed.
Can I move my activation code to another server after redemption?
Codes are consumed on redemption. To change the premium server later, use a transfer ticket and our staff will assist.
How many commands does Aether provide?
The bot includes over 500 commands across moderation, security, tickets, utilities, music, economy, and AI modules.
Where can I see the full command list?
Use the help command in your server to view all commands grouped by category.
Can I disable modules I do not need?
Yes. Modules such as music, economy, automod, and starboard can be enabled or disabled per server.
Does Aether support slash commands and prefix commands?
Yes. Slash commands are primary. A prefix is also supported and can be configured.
Do you provide custom commands?
Custom commands and full custom bots are available as a separate service. Open a custom order ticket to receive a quote.
What anti-raid and antinuke features are included?
Protection covers mass bans, role wipes, channel nukes, webhook spam, invite spam, link filtering, and mention flood. Actions can be configured to warn, timeout, kick, or ban.
What permissions does the bot require?
For full functionality, the bot needs Manage Channels, Manage Roles, View Channel, Send Messages, Read Message History, and for some modules, Manage Webhooks.
Are message content intents required?
Message Content is required for prefix commands and some automod features. Slash commands and many systems work without it.
Is user data stored?
Only data necessary to operate features is stored, such as server configuration and ticket metadata. No payment data is stored by the bot.
Where are logs kept?
Action logs are posted in your configured logging channels. Diagnostic logs are kept on the server for reliability and abuse prevention.
How do tickets work?
The purchase panel provides buttons. Clicking a button opens a private channel for the requester, server owner, admins, and staff. Close the ticket with the close command.
Why did my button click show an interaction failed message?
This occurs when Discord does not receive a response within a few seconds or permissions block channel creation. Ensure the bot has Manage Channels, Send Messages, and Read Message History on the Tickets category.
Can I get priority support?
Premium servers receive priority in the support queue. Provide your server ID in the ticket for faster verification.
Where is Aether hosted?
Aether runs on managed infrastructure with process restarts and health checks. Music and heavy tasks are isolated to dedicated workers.
Does the bot shard automatically?
Yes. Sharding is enabled as needed to support large numbers of servers.
What is the uptime target?
Our target is above 99 percent monthly uptime. Planned maintenance is announced in the support server.
Do you develop fully custom bots?
Yes. We offer custom development with clear scopes and pricing. Provide your feature list in a custom order ticket.
How are custom projects priced?
Packages start at 10, 20, and 50 USD tiers for lightweight sets of commands. Larger projects are quoted based on complexity and integrations.
What actions result in denial of service?
Abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or attempts to bypass licensing, antinuke limits, or rate limits may result in immediate termination.
