A staff member activates your server and shares any premium code if required. You can transfer later via a ticket.
Subscriptions may be transferred to another server after verification. Use the transfer button in the purchase panel.
Refunds are considered for technical faults we cannot resolve within a reasonable time. Abuse or policy violations are not eligible.
Payments are processed by trusted providers. We do not store card numbers. See the Privacy Policy for details.
