Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

By using the Aether bot, website, or related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Aether provides moderation, security, ticketing, utility, and premium features for Discord servers. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time to maintain reliability and security.

3. Accounts and responsibilities

Server owners and authorized administrators are responsible for managing roles, permissions, and configuration of the bot. You must keep any premium codes or credentials secure and notify us of suspected misuse.

4. Acceptable use

No spam, harassment, or abusive behavior.

No illegal activity or attempts to evade Discord restrictions.

No reselling or sublicensing without written permission.

No attempts to bypass licensing or abuse the Service.

5. Plans, payments, and refunds

One-time licenses: apply to a single Discord server.

Subscriptions: renew monthly until canceled.

Refunds: only for technical issues we cannot fix within a reasonable time. Abuse or violations are not refundable.

Chargebacks: result in immediate termination and blacklisting.

6. Licensing

Licenses are limited to the server(s) specified at purchase. Sharing, resale, or sublicensing without written consent is prohibited.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with Discord and payment processors. Their own terms and policies apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for outages or changes on those platforms.

8. Uptime and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Premium users may receive priority support.

9. Data and privacy

Our handling of data is explained in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you also agree to that policy.

10. Intellectual property

We retain rights to our code, branding, and documentation. You retain rights to your content. By using the Service, you grant us permission to process necessary server and user data to provide functionality.

11. DMCA and reporting

If you believe your rights are infringed, email pay@aether.bot with details. We will investigate and may remove content or disable features.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without any warranties. You are responsible for configuring permissions in your server.

13. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Our liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising from misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations, fraud, chargebacks, or risks to the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Courts in Ankara, Türkiye shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use after updates means acceptance.
